Our current Projects

Ukrainehilfe „разом в ульмі“ /Ukrainehilfe “Together in the Ulm”

ILEU e.V. engages in its daily work with people of all origins and ages – only in mutual cooperation can a peaceful life in solidarity succeed.

Since the beginning of the war of aggression against Ukraine in violation of international law, ILEU e.V., together with other organisers, associations, companies and numerous volunteers, has been committed to helping refugees from Ukraine. Already in the first days of the war, people from Ulm and the surrounding area have shown themselves to be incredibly helpful and committed. Together with our partners, we from ILEU e.V. set a sign against war, against hatred and discrimination.

ViMA ulm

ViMA – Virtuell.Mitmachen.Aktiv (Virtual.Participate.Active) in Ulm, is an open, multifunctional online platform that is intended to become a digital meeting place for citizens of Ulm. The forum offers the possibility of a search-bid function, discussion forums, information exchange on areas of interest, current news and more. The aim is to give citizens the opportunity to exchange ideas and make contacts in a protected space.

ViMA danube

In addition to VIMA-Ulm, the ViMA Danube platform was created, which gives people from different Danube countries the opportunity to communicate with each other via machine translation in English and the Danube languages. The Ukrainian language currently plays a major role, which helps the people arriving from Ukraine and the many helpers to overcome language difficulties. The site was presented to the public at the International Danube Festival 2022.
